Customer Profiles
- Elite Office provides an easy-to-use customer profile screen. The profiles allow you to track detailed information on your customers including up to 7 phone numbers.
- Classify customers as desired. These classifications provide the flexibility to generate separate mailing lists.
- The main customer list is color-coded: "Red" for customers with a balance due and "Pink" for customers with credit balances.
- Move, hide and resize columns in the main customer list as desired.
- Flexible sort and search options are available to locate customers using various criteria (i.e. customer name, birthdays, hostess name, city, last order date range, etc.).
- Elite Office is the only program that allows you to create customized listings of your customers. You can easily create unlimited custom reports by moving, hiding, resizing columns, sorting and searching as desired and then by clicking Print. The flexibility to create custom listings is available from any master list throughout the program. Thousands of predefined report combinations are also available, as explained under the Reporting menu option.
- Unlimited comments, notes and wish lists can be maintained for each customer
- Create maps that include written directions to the customers’ house with just a single-click. The written directions can be copied from MapQuest directly into the customer’s profile. The total miles provided will auto-fill into your Mileage Log. The built-in map feature is an exclusive Elite Office feature.
- The phone auto-dial feature makes efficient use of your time.
- Print a Personal Profile for each customer.
- Easily view customer order history with a single-click. The customer order history screen can be sorted by any field. View the reorder history of a single product or through a selected date range.
- Quickly access the customer's account balance and payment history. Elite Office maintains the account balances automatically. Professional customer statements can be printed at any time.
- Create or view follow-up reminders with just a click of a button that include contact history. This feature is discussed in more detail below.
- Easily generate new customer invoices/receipts. This feature is discussed in more detail below.
- Birthday reminders are displayed during the customer’s birthday month.
- Create and/or print customer checklists. You have the flexibility to create a master checklist with the option to be reminded of your daily follow-ups automatically. The checklist will then be displayed for each customer so the tasks can be checked off as they are completed.
- Create e-mail messages for a specific individual or a group of customers with a single-click. For example, you can e-mail all customers that have not ordered in the last 30 days.
- Your contacts, leads and prospects are maintained in a separate screen and are not mixed in with your customers. In the Contact Master screen, you have the ability to create an unlimited number of classifications to maintain separate listings (family, prospective customers, sister-consultants, etc). Elite Office provides several features to assist you in managing your contacts: follow-up reminders, calendar scheduler, checklists, map creations, e-mailing, reports, post cards, letters, labels, envelopes and more. You can easily convert a contact to a customer or consultant while still retaining all of their information.
- One click converts a customer to a contact or consultant. You have an option to retain the customer’s order history just in case you convert them back to a customer in the future.
Follow-Up Reminders/To-Do Lists/Calendar
- Elite Office automatically displays a list each day that includes your follow-up reminders that are due, To-Do List and scheduled Appointments. This daily schedule includes customers, contacts, consultants along with plus personal and business appointments.
- “Today’s Schedule” is color-coded based on the action type.
- Single-click to display the individual’s profile card including their contact and order history.
- Master Follow-Up and To-Do List is easily accessible at any time.
- Set automatic reminders for reorder, birthdays or anniversaries.
- Your customized checklist generates daily reminders for your customers, contacts or consultants.
- Set multiple follow-ups for each individual.
- Segregate by action type (i.e. phone, post cards, in person, etc). You can customize the list and add an unlimited number of action types.
- Single-click directly from the master follow-up list to add new customer orders.
- Elite Office's phone auto-dial feature is available to assist you in contacting the scheduled individuals.

- Easily “reschedule” action items that you didn’t complete for a future date.

- A To-Do List is available for Personal and Business activities that you need assistance in managing.
Customer Invoicing/Receipts
- Several quick and easy options are available for entering items into the customer order screen. Search by item name or number, category or group. You can even search the customer's order history and select items for today's sale. YOU NEVER NEED TO KNOW ITEM NUMBERS.
- Use Prepacks or Sets (i.e. Complete Collection) and save time when entering orders.
- Import customer on-line orders from InTouch®.
- Set default tax rate, discounts and shipping charges for customers. The default amounts can be modified on the invoice.
- Discounts can be entered at the item level or for the total order (percentage or amount discounts).
- Option to charge tax before or after discount.
- Include gift and demo items that you give to your customers. These items will be color-coded in the customer's history and included in your automatic follow-up.
- Customer backorder tracking of out-of-stock items. Out-of-stock items are displayed in “Red” within the invoice. Out-of-stock items are highlighted in your master list and included in your next “ideal” product order.
- Automatic reorder reminders are created for each order. Default follow-up days can be set for each customer.
- Print professional invoices/receipts with personal notes.
- E-mail the invoice or receipt to your customer.
- Built-in Credit Card Validation feature.
- Option to apply previous unpaid customer balance to current invoice.

- Our Post Card and Letter functions are full-featured word processing applications that allow you to include borders, clipart and backgrounds – 216 clipart images are included for FREE with your program.
- They allow you to change font style, font color and text alignment.
- Create and save an unlimited number of letters and post cards.
- Both sides of the Post Card will be printed and will automatically include your return address and the customer address for each person. You simply add a stamp and mail - yes, it's that easy!
- Multiple Label and Envelope formats can be printed in Elite Office such as labels or envelopes that are addressed to spouses. You can even use your own letterhead.
