  • A data entry screen is available for new recruits or other individuals you would like to add to the master screen.
  • Classify your consultants any way you desire for separate mailings.
  • Consultants are automatically color-coded based on their activity level.
  • Unlimited notes can be maintained for each consultant.
  • Include a picture of your consultant in their profile record.

  • Generate an e-mail for a specific individual or a group of consultants with a single-click. There is no need to maintain separate e-mail, mailing lists.
  • Create and print a consultant checklist. You have the flexibility to create a master checklist with the option to be reminded automatically of your daily follow-ups. The checklist will then be displayed for each consultant, allowing you to check off tasks as they are completed.
  • Create maps with written directions to the consultant’s house with a single-click. The written directions can be copied from MapQuest into the consultant’s profile. The total miles will auto-fill into your Mileage Log. The built-in map feature is an exclusive Elite Office feature.

  • Our Consultant Statistics feature allows you to build custom queries for consultant sales and production.
  • View results by an individual or group of unit members.
  • Single-click to view the detail weekly report that resulted from the displayed summary.
  • You determine the selection criteria using a wide range of options and categories (for example, locate all consultants that sold between $800 and $1,000 and interviewed at least 5 people for the week).

Track Event Attendance and Payments

  • Elite Office provides an Event Tracking screen to track attendance and payments for events that you are coordinating. This is an exclusive Elite Office feature.
  • This screen allows for an unlimited number of events to be tracked at once (weekly sales meetings, Director visitation, annual retreat, etc).
  • You can view or print the attendance of who has registered, the amounts due for each individual as well as the total money collected for each event.

Print Consultant Reports, Post Cards, Letters, Labels and Envelopes

  • Thousands of predefined reports have been designed for you throughout the program, including numerous formats for consultant master phone lists and sales reports.
  • You also have the flexibility to design custom reports on your own.
  • Our Post Card and Letter functions are full-featured word processing applications that allow you to include borders, clipart and back grounds – 216 clipart images are included for free with your program.
  • Change font style, font color and text alignment.
  • Create and save an unlimited number of Letters and Post Cards.
  • Both sides of the Post Card will be printed and will automatically include your return address and the customer address for each person. You simply add a stamp and mail. Yes, it’s that easy!
  • Multiple Label and Envelope formats can be printed as well.
